The Trulux HTL65-COB Series is a premium 24V DC COB tape light engineered for seamless, dotless illumination in demanding environments. With a clear silicone IP65 jacketing, it delivers reliable performance in wet and outdoor locations. Available in five color temperatures — 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K — with lumen outputs ranging from 349 to 434 lumens per foot and a CRI of 90+.

Core Design & Construction

The HTL65-COB features a seamless phosphor coating over non-visible diodes, eliminating all LED dotting and hotspots. The clear protective silicone jacketing (IP65) shields the tape from sprayed water and dust, making it best suited for indoor and outdoor damp and wet locations. The 10mm PCB is compatible with standard aluminum channels, and 3M VHB adhesive backing ensures secure mounting on most surfaces.

LED Illumination & Performance

With a CRI of 90+ across all CCTs, the HTL65-COB delivers accurate, high-quality color rendering. The seamless COB design provides a continuous, uniform line of light — ideal for applications where reflective surfaces or low-clearance channels would otherwise reveal LED dotting. Suitable for use in closets when installed in an enclosed mounting channel per NFPA 70, NEC section 410.16 (B)(3) and 410.16 (D)(1)(Exception).

Power, Wiring & Installation

Requires a 24V DC power supply (sold separately). Dimmable with most ELV and TRIAC dimmers (5–100%). Cuttable every 1.97″ for precise length adjustments. Maximum continuous run is 16.4ft. Each reel includes pre-attached leads and conkits for straightforward installation.
