Installation & Operation
The Legrand RT230 Series installs easily in place of a standard light or fan switch or older spring-wound timer in a standard single-gang wallbox and requires a neutral wire connection. Once installed, use the four preset buttons to select your desired time interval (5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes)—the timer will automatically shut off lighting or power after the selected time period. The LED countdown indicator provides visual representation of the amount of time remaining, flashing one minute before each time delay transition for advance notice. Use the manual on/off paddle switch for immediate control independent of the timer function. The locator light illuminates when the switch is off, providing a soft glow to help users find the switch in the dark.
