Description

The Lutron Maestro MS-Z101-V series combines a 0-10V dimmer with a passive infrared (PIR) vacancy sensor to deliver intelligent lighting control for commercial and residential applications. This single-pole/multi-location sensor automatically controls electronic fluorescent ballasts or LED drivers, detecting heat from occupants to determine when a space is occupied. The vacancy mode requires manual-on activation, ensuring lights only turn on when needed, then automatically turn off when the space is vacant—ideal for California Title 24 compliance.
