This MaxLite wall switch sensor provides automated lighting control for commercial and residential applications using dual technology PIR and ultrasonic detection. With built-in occupancy/vacancy mode selection and walk-through sensing, it delivers energy-efficient operation that meets California Title 20/24, ASHRAE 90.1, and IECC code requirements.
